Joanne Thursday, February 8, 2007 it's already 2.30pm in the morning. just 12 hours away from me, facing the fate of my future.. thoughts changed as time passes slowly during my long break. i wasnt all confident. i thought i wont make it, and was all ready for the worst. at that point of time, i learnt how to accept the criticism i might have to undergo.. i came to realise the fact, i will have to be responsible for myself, because this is my life. that was before.. after being to some open house at different polytechnics, i came to realise that i wanna move on in life, i wanna enter the next pharse of youth. things brighten up as i have a clearer idea of what i wanna do.. i have two courses in mind already.. the first was diploma in mass communication at ngee ann poly. well, my classmate knew it long ago.. it was abit sad when they all gave me a shocking look and say: "your command of english have to be good, you know.." seems like i am the only one who thinks i can make it. the second one was diploma in marine and offshore technology at ngee ann poly(,too). kenneth was in that, and through him, i have a clear idea of the course. i was never interested in engineering but i thought this course will be fun. i will get to design a ship or some oil rigs during my final year. it's absolutely cool! it's gonna be exciting, for which it's more of a course for the guys. you know, i've always believe that whatever the guys can do, i can do it too! i can even imagine myself, being an engineer.. hock yew and hock meng thinks that i was totally influenced by kenneth. maybe they just dont know me that well.. i can convince people, but was hardly convinced. it was all my choice lah, no worries. i'll make the decision, with no regrets! well people, do wait for my good news! :) Joanne
