Friday, October 28, 2005 It’s a good Friday.. Weina,jas,elieen,joel & i went cycling this afternoon.. It was fun! I certainly believe my lords dotes me.. we feared a storm.. but it was very sunny when we just reach.. we thought a storm which lasted for 1 hrs plus[which happened the last night]might occure.. we were surprised! We went all the way into the park & finally reach the mainroad which leads to changi airport.. It was what we want to accomplish and we did it! I’m very gald that we can do it! But sadly,yangzi wasn’t with us this time.. Still,we had joel around.. And I really proud of him.. He never know how to cycle nor swim.. He just knew how to ride a bicycle two days ago & he’s doing rather well today.. Thought he fell off his bike quite often.. But he’s great.. I also think that he’s so much more luckier than me.. I remember I took a longer time to master it.. I didn’t had a whole afternoon to pratise like he does.. I’m sure that we went through the same thing we just learn how to cycle.. We were afraid to fall.. We knock into the bushes.. We knock onto cars.. Lolx.. The sky turned dark when we had some ice-cream halfway back to the bike kiosk..it rain & we were dreached..but I like that.. It was very cooling & smoothing when it was drizzling.. Then a heavy rain came pouring down.. Countless raindrops hit my face will bullets.. I realised that it was impossible for me to open my eyes.. We found a shelter & took a 10 mins break.. Thank god that the rain came & go very quickly.. We reach the kiosk at 6.50 & returned those bike & went to Parkway Parade for dinner.. Gota recommened a stall,Mee rebus at Treats[foodcourt at basement].. It’s big,delicious & hot & cheap! Gota try! Heehee.. I’ll end here.. Gota work at 8.30 tomorrow morning & I’m wear out.. My head is spinning too.. Lolx.. Nitex.. thank you my lords for giving me an enjoyable day!=] Joanne Thursday, October 27, 2005 Work work work.. .. .. I’ve been talking about work very much recently.. I think I shall put it a stop first.. Or else I’ll gota have nothing to write in the future.. Heehee.. Hmmm.. But have to talk abit about this first.. Lolx.. I’m just too tired to work @ 8am.. Felt so restless.. I’m engergize after my breakfast with Yanrong,jas & wee peng during my break.. Thought I should have my break in the crew room.. But I don’t care.. Then HangTen opens.. They play TECHNO MUSIC early in the MORNING at 10AM lor.. Diaox.. Still we have no customer after they left.. We started DISCO DANCING! WOO!HIGH GIRL!! Anyway,something BIG & SHOCKING happened! Two ladies came & take away 10 EXTRA-VALUE MEALS!! With the coupons they use,they got 10 FREE ala carte items.. Omg..LARGE ORDERS!! It’s a total of $57.00!! Lolx.. Then customer came coming in.. Serve them til I almost drop.. I almost dehydrate.. My lips were so dry.. Lolx.. Did some house-keeping before I punch.. Which took me about 40mins.. It was Kat who told me to do so.. But she look rather shocked when she realise how long I took.. So I asked:am I slow? .. .. ..am I very slow?then,she said:maybe because I took some time out to serve customers,so it’s alright.. But I feel that she thinks I’m very slow.. But do you know that the Desert kiosk was dirty.. There was a layer of dust on top of the cash register.. Oh god.. Rather fusturted with the scheduler.. I said I cant work at night.. And I also said that I cant work on Sunday.. She still put me on schedule.. Lolx.. Anyway,I’m sorry for being the curprit who being careless in handling those survey forms.. I'm sorry.. I realise did it again.. I wrote a long post on my day at mcd.. This is a bad habit which will take me some time to change.. Lolx.. May my lords bless us.. Joanne Sunday, October 23, 2005 I dont know where i manage to find some energy everyday to update my blog.. lolx.. at least my bear feel dead bored with nothing to write.. hmmm... it's tiring for me today.. i slept at 2am midnight and had to wake up at 8am.. saded* then i had my break at 10.46 where the crowd suppose to come in.. maybe we had to many crew in the morning.. anyway,i got to say something here.. lily is a very good lobby crew..! she could maintain high cleaniness standards after 11am.. it's like something very impossible for me to do.. shocked!! later around 11 plus,the crowd cleared.. being overjoyed,i created the 'no-customer dance'.. mei yun & kenny must be laughing at my lameness.. then we play & chat.. but i'm happy.. I went into kitchen today..! thx derrick.. he's the one who suggest to Viet to put me into kitchen.. it's like i always wanted to do kitchen & it's like my dream come true.. heehee.. but i'm rather stress out because i was asked to become watch the timecard.. then i was asked to be the PC(production caller).. hey! what is Viet thinking?? me,joanne,the PC?? what a joke.. of course i scare scare lah.. it was arounf two plus.. lucky i had ling xiang & jie sheng around in the kitchen.. so i asked ling xiang to be PC.. we were doing fine till the orders for the birthday party came in.. siao ar!!chaos liao!! heng there's johnny around to help out.. if not ar.. i think i'll faint.. poor johnny,punch out liao still help us out.. but in the end,for dunno what reasons.. i started to shout 'thank you' when i hear any orders from the counter.. so i become a PC.. my first time leh!! then at 4pm..both ling xiang & jie sheng punch out leh!! leaving me in the kitchen!! omg..saded* i hang on alone in the kitchen for 30mins.. then those grill orders came rushing in.. what one double chesse.. .. ..big mac.. ..double cheese without pickles.. .. ..total two big mac.. lolx.. then mcChicken left one!! filet left one.. lolx.. i only got two hands,two legs & one brain!! somemore still ask me to pack fries into the baskets for them.. omg.. cant they see i'm all alone?? haix..then Viet 'came to my rescue'.. then at 5pm..i punch out.. but i'm very frustrated with myself.. wasted lots of product.. here..[which i do this almost everyday..] thx derrick & viet for trusting me.. thx ling xiang & jiesheng support me in the kitchen.. anyway,dont think too i'm fierce when i dont smile okay?? heehee..i know i very naggy but i always like to record it all.. so.. may god bless us.. PS:missing qin ai de alot!! Joanne Saturday, October 22, 2005 lack the whole morning.. Today was my worse day at work after my long study break.. I happened to be put together with people[whom i think or maybe] dislikes me.. very stressful.. anyway,today is my one time working at night after the break.. my mother had always oppose the idea of my working at night.. she's worried at my safety.. i used to go against her & work after evening.. now,i hate working at night.. it's rather tiring for me.. i prefer to wake up early in the morning then sleeping late.. i was asked to do stock up & to run a counter when i punch in.. but i'm slow & i did it in the store room which in the kitchen.. the crowd came in & out.. i wasnt able to rush by the my counter in time.. Joyce was angry.. but i cant bring myself to apologise to her.. then i recalled when i was new mcd.. i made joyce very feedup by giving a customer two McChicken than two fillet which he had ordered.. then causing the "are you a member" upheaval(feng po).. she must be damn angry.. douglas let me go for break.. i burst into tears at the crew room.. hong ma came to console me.. bin gave me a big bundle of "soviets"(or tissue papers) & i smile for his lameness.. everything was much better after my break.. i was able to communication better with my fellow counter-mates.. we all were like chatting about the lastest drama series.. punch out early as i request.. so..SORRY JOYCE! i'll try my best to improve.. also,i'll try to improve my attitude that's all for today.. may everything goes on smooth for me.. nitez.. Joanne Friday, October 21, 2005 First post after N-levels! Today was a fun day! Elieen,Weina,Yangzi,Jasmine & I went to East Coast.. We had a very HIGH & EXCITING bike race.. Whahaha.. We took 55 there.. We were almost lost lor.. Took the wrong bus.. Lolx.. Heng I called joel & found our way to Parkway Parade.. Went there to collect the S.H.E Xin Guang the single.. Cool right? Lolx.. Not excatly but cycling was cool! We cycled all the way in,towards the direction to Changi Airport.. That’s really crazy!though we didn’t reach all the way to the Airport.. Lolx.. We started at 2pm.. After cycling for around 45mins,Elieen,Yang Zi & Jasmine took a detour back to the bike shop to get a basket to put their bags.. Leaving behide Weina & I.. We went to the rock by the beach & sat down,waiting for their return.. The water there was much more clearer than the other in Singapore..!! OMG!Shock of my life.. It completely change the impression I had for the image of Singapore’s water!! Lolx.. We chatted a lot & enjoy the sea breeze but poor Elieen & gang were looking for us up & down.. Lolx.. Still,we met again.. Ate a bit & went to the beach.. Yangzi,Weina & I were digging a big hole to form a dunno what lah.. Then later the high tide came & Elieen’s socks & shoes & Weina’s pants got wet.. Lolx.. [Took a video & the forming of the hole..maybe I’ll put it here soon!] Elieen sat down & hang her socks on a bench.. By then,it was 5plus.. We went back to the bike shop.. We were just alittle late.. But it was cheap you know!4 hours plus only at $6!! Cheap right??!!??!!~ [took lots of photos,put it up on some other days..] on the way Then we went to Parkway Parade for dinner.. Jasmine,Yangzi & Weina had laska,Elieen had beef noodles while I had Mee Rebus.. It was hot & spicy..! The others manage to finish all the food while I was struggling to eat.. Lolx.. Dunno why its damn hot lor.. [sorry my gods for wasting the food.. =,( ] took 76 back home.. it was fast..! that’s the end of the day le.. I rememebered that we were having N-levels exam two weeks ago.. Wow,time flies.. Seeing my O-levels friends working hard now,I felt alittle sad for them.. I’m enjoying my holidays but they are still studying.. Still..JIAYOU!!YOU GUYS CAN MAKE IT DE!! Let’s go celebrate Chirstmas after ur O!! I’ll end my post here..nitey! Joanne
